Forward your support address
One forwarding rule at Google Workspace, Outlook, Cloudflare or your registrar, pointing at the address SelfSolve issues for that product. No DNS and no code on the path to your first draft.
- 02
Point it at your docs
Crawl your documentation site or paste markdown. Delete a source and its answers leave retrieval with it.
- 03
It drafts, and checks its own work
Every message is classified, answered from your knowledge base with citations attached, then judged by a second model against that same evidence before anything moves.
- 04
You approve, edit, or rewrite
One queue across every product you run. Each item carries the draft, the evidence behind it, and the reason it came to you instead of going out.
- 05
It starts sending what it has proven
Autonomous sending opens one question type at a time, against a record. One click drops any product, or everything, back to draft-only.
Built for someone who ships more than one thing.
Every product, one queue, one bill
Each product keeps its own knowledge, tone and sending identity, and they all land in a single queue. 5 products included on Team, 30 on Scale.
A bill that does not move
Flat monthly plans. No per-resolution charge, no per-outcome charge, no per-seat charge. Your bill is the same in an incident week as in a quiet week.
Draft-only until the record says otherwise
Every product starts drafting only. Sending unlocks per question type after 30 or more decisions at 90 percent sent unedited, across at least 14 days, plus a passed red-team run.
Some things are never automated
Refunds, billing disputes, security reports, legal threats and angry customers route to a human at any trust level. So does the second message on a thread the AI already answered.
Replies come from your domain
Verify a sending domain per product. The records appear in the dashboard with their own verify checks, and it is included on every paid plan.

A kill switch anyone can pull
Any member drops one product, or the whole account, to draft-only in one click. Only an owner turns it back on. A kill switch that asks permission is not a kill switch.
It does not send until the record says it should.
Every product you connect starts draft-only. That is not a setting we recommend, it is where the product puts you.

Caps pause the AI and ask.
They never generate a metered invoice, and they never touch your mail. Inbound email keeps flowing into the human queue.

The things people ask first.
- What counts as an AI reply?
- One run that reaches the draft stage, whether the result queues for you or sends on its own. Spam discarded at classification costs you nothing, and neither does mail your team handles without asking for a draft.
- What happens when I hit the monthly cap?
- The AI pauses and asks. It never bills you more. Drafting stops while your mail keeps arriving, threading and getting sorted, so spam stays filtered and urgent messages stay flagged, and everything queues for a human. Upgrading restarts it within a minute. The first time you ever hit the cap we add 10 percent free.
- When does it start sending on its own?
- When the record supports it, per product and per question type, never on a date. Thirty or more decisions in that type, 90 percent or more sent unedited, spread over at least 14 days, and a red-team run proving refunds, security reports, legal threats and injection attempts all route to a human.
- I run several products. Do I pay several times?
- No. One account, one subscription, one queue. Each product keeps its own knowledge base, tone, sending identity and trust settings.
- What do I have to change to try it?
- One forwarding rule at your mail host. Your existing inbox keeps its copy of everything. DKIM and a custom sending domain come later, only when you want replies to leave from your own domain.
